Qingdao
Qingdao is a port city in northeast China. It’s most famous for being the home of Tsingtao beer.
Besides beer, the Germans brought along some other things during their occupation (1898-1914).
The locals especially love the German architecture.
Couples from all over the country flock to St. Michael’s Cathedral to take wedding photos.
Smile!
The city is also known for its seafood.
There are always people by Zhan Qiao Pier hunting for clams.
And people cracking open a good starfish as they stroll down the pier.
The city really is beautiful. Just a shame that there is so much smog.
