I focus on diagnosing customer pain points and creating solutions to make it easier for people to support clean energy. Internally, I work cross-functionally to build key retention marketing processes.
In a past life, I was a travel journalist in China. That career, unfortunately, came to an abrupt end in Tibet, where I developed a severe form of altitude sickness and started coughing up blood.
When I’m not coding emails and grappling with data systems, you can find me riding as many miles as possible on my fixed gear bike.
